Baltic Road Association finances the the publishing of the international research journal “The Baltic Journal of Road and Bridge Engineering” by three leading techincal universities in the region: Vilnius Gediminas Technical University (Lithuania), Rīga Technical University (Latvia) and Tallinn University of Technology (Estonia).
Since its establishment in 2006, the journal has served as a platform for Lithuanian, Latvian and Estonian scientists as well as students investigating topical issues of road and bridge construction, repair, maintenance and traffic safety.
Frequency: 4 times a year (1 volume of 4 issues)
